Rotomaty

Kto nie zna tego problemu? Najpóźniej po zakupie drugiego automatycznego zegarka nie noszony zegarek wcześniej lub później przestaje chodzić. A przy ponownym założeniu mamy kłopot z nastawianiem. Nie jest to wielki problem w przypadku zegarka z datownikiem, ale jeśli jest to zegarek wyposażony w roczny kalendarz, nastawianie może nam zabrać niemało czasu.

W takiej sytuacji pomoże nam rotomat: wystarczy po noszeniu założyć zegarek na poduszeczkę lub klamrę rozrusznika, a zegarek zostanie automatycznie w określonym rytmie nakręcony. W wielu rotomatach można wybrać ruch lewo – lub prawokrężny, jak również dokładnie dopasować interwały do danego mechanizmu (jak częstorotomat ma wykonywać ruchy). Urządzenia te dostosowane są do pojedynczych zegarków, do dwóch lub więcej.
